Baby Basics Up offers introductory pricing below retail as part of our market launch. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including color variation or sizing.
Before purchasing, please:

- Reach out to us with any questions before placing your order
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.
